German concern VW informed about its intention to stop the production of "beetles", pleading low profitability and rather low demand. The head of Volkswagen company says that the final version of the car will be released in 2019. It will bear the name “Final Edition”. Some details of this version have been revealed. It will have two types of body – coupe and cabriolet, will have many modern options of comfort and control, representative design, large wheels and many chrome elements.
