South Korean Samsung, a subsidiary of Renault, has unveiled the first shots of the production of SM7 sedan of new generation, which was presented as 2012 Renault Samsung SM7 concept at the Seoul Motor Show at the beginning of April.

The SM7 shares the same underpinnings as Nissan Teana or Maxima as it’s known in U.S. markets.

It is also possible that SM7 will be assembled under Reno make. Moreover, the French automakers consider of restoring a world-known name Safrane for it.

Apparently, the production version of the 2012 SM7 does not differ from its concept. Nonetheless, the vehicles have the same bulk. Further details of the 2012 Renault Samsung SM7 is yet to be disclosed.
